SHIROSHITA was founded in 1923 as a Raw Silk Factory in Nagano, Japan. In the 1960s, we shifted our business to producing electric wires and other electronic components. Through manufacturing OEM/ODM audio products, we have cultivated our technological development skill of audio equipment, communication equipment, and power supply devices for more than 50 years. To celebrate their 100th anniversary in 2023, the SHIROSHITA launched the Hybrid Tube Amplifier SWL-T01.

ROAD WARRIOR | Plug Adapter and Power Strip
The robotic design of the ROAD WARRIOR “Go!con” travel plug adapter series was inspired by Japanese mecha anime. Usability has been continuously improved through customer feedback, making these adapters popular as souvenirs and corporate gifts for travel enthusiasts.
KIHOKUMAN | Unique Headset for Learning Languages
One unique product is a headset with a built-in amplifier in the housing. The microphone captures the user’s voice and plays it back through the headphones, helping with reading aloud and improving pronunciation. The Headset KIHOKUMAN, originally launched in 1976, has undergone several model updates and continues to be sold today.

COMPANY HISTORY
1923 : SHIROSHITA was founded as a Raw Silk Factory in JAPAN.
1959 : SHIROSHITA Electrical Wire Factory established. Started the production and sales of electrical wire. We exported them to the USA.
SHIROSHITA INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd. established in 1966. We supplied the first OEM products to an American manufacturer. The six headphones were connected to an audio distributor and six people could listen to the audio at the same time.
1970’s : We produced audio equipment, such as headphones, headsets, cassette tape recorders, for major Japanese audio manufactures. We launched the feedback headset “KIOHKUMAN” for learning language in 1976. It is a long-selling product. Its voice feedback function improves pronunciation in language learning. These days, it is also used for speech practice and singing training.
1980’s : We began to produce professional audio equipment and sound systems for halls, museums, broadcasting stations, music studios, etc. We supplied audio devices such as various types of amplifiers to Japanese audio manufacturers.
1990’s : Our high-quality sound and durable OEM headsets spread to broadcasters, halls, and sporting events around the world. The first monitoring headphones TR-HP01 were born. The third model TR-HP03 was adopted by a famous Japan’s video rental shop in Shibuya for CD listening.
1996 : We started to sell gadget brand “ROAD WARRIOR” in Japan. Launched travel adapter “Go!Con” like a shape-changing robot in 2002
2003 : Our audio brand, SOUND WARRIOR, was born. Our first original audio is a vacuum amplifier. After that, as a series of products using bamboo, we released a vacuum tube amplifier with CD, speakers, etc. Launched professional monitor headphones the SW-HP10 in 2008.
2012 : Shiroshita Shanhai Trading Co.,Ltd IS established in China as a local subsidiary.
2014 : We launched SOUND WARRIOR SWD series, which started USB DAC (SWD-DA10)、CD transport (SWD-CT10), and power amplifier (SWD-TA10). They were designed for Near-Field Desktop Listening at audiophile quality.
2018 : We released the ROAD WARRIOR USA Plug Adapter RW111 “RenCon!” in the USA and Japan.
2020 : We started to sell original headset for home workers.
2022 : Foldable portable headset, SW-HW1 and SW-HW2, were released.
2023 : SOUND WARRIOR SWL-T01 is a hybrid tube amplifier. Launched to celebrate Shiroshita’ 100th anniversary.
